We are travel agents and Holiday organizer only. We do not control or operate any airlines, hotel and other facilities related to the tour package. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, since we would only select them; we have no control in running of them. Hence we cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, which may be caused, by the act or default of the management or employees of an independent contractor.

The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever is liable to the clients or any person traveling with him for: Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, delay, increased expenses or any misadventure.

Any act of Comission, default of any hotelier, carrier or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them, who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or any person traveling with, howsoever caused.

The temporary or permanent loss/damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused. Any complaint by the client after the tour /services should be lodged with in 7 days of completion of the tour/receiving the services. No complaint shall be entertained after that.
The maximum liability in all circumstances of the company us to the voucher value only.

All claims, disputes of whatsoever nature to the tours operated by us, the courts of Ambala alone shall have jurisdiction.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the client to hold valid documents such as

• Passport
• Visas
• confirmed airline tickets
• hotel / transport vouchers.
